Each single test kit* is $135.00 USD. Most individuals will only require one test kit for the initial Urine Challenge test and then one test kit every four to eight weeks to retest and see results.

*Please be advised that New York State does not allow toxic heavy metals testing.

Non-PayPal Members

If you do not currently have a PayPal account, your first step is to set up an account. It is a free service but you must enroll in order to pay for the test kit. You DO NOT need to be "VERIFIED" to submit a payment once you sign up. Once you have created an account with PayPal, simply log in with your username and password and make a payment to: verythankful@gmail.com from your account.

Need to pay by check or money order?

Send us an e-mail at verythankful@gmail.com and we will supply an address to send in your payment. Be sure to include the name of each person the test is for along with your e-mail address so that we can e-mail the analysis results.

Order Process

Please note that this is a five step process.

  1. Pay for the test using the PayPal link below.
  2. Once you receive the kit from the lab, please follow the testing protocol on this site to perform the Urine Challenge or Random Baseline test.
  3. Fill out the lab requisition form according to instructions in this site. This will also explain how to ship the kit back to the lab. The cost of the return shipping is included in this price unless you live outside the United States.
  4. If you use a company name for PayPal, please include your name and the name of the person the kits are for, otherwise we will not be able to send the results. Results will come in the form of an e-mail with an Adobe PDF attachment. We must have the names and e-mail addresses of each person a kit is for to return the results to the appropriate individuals.
  5. If you need to order zeolite drops for this test and have not been sent here by an distributor we will be happy to assist you. Please call 206-423-6596. A representative will assist you.

Urgent! Before You Purchase: Must Read Information

Once the test kit arrives do not follow any of the instructions supplied in the test kit other than the instructions on how to prepare the urine samples for shipping. All other instructions to be followed are provided here in this site.

One test kit for the initial challenge and one to use for follow up challenge test in four to six weeks.

Allow 10 business days to receive your test kit.

The return shipment is included in the price and once the test results are obtained, it is shipped back to you overnight. If you reside outside of the USA you will be responsible for return shipment to the lab.

Once you receive the test kits you will need to follow instructions on this site to take the tests and to properly fill out the requisition form. Please make sure to note on the requisition form which test is the Random Baseline test. This would be accomplished by putting down that "NO provocation agent was used". Complete instructions are here: "How to fill out the requisition form".

To obtain a refund

Test kits must be returned no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase receipt must be submitted via e-mail. To obtain a refund for a purchased test kit you must contact us at verythankful@gmail.com. We will send you an address where the test kit must be sent, intact. Once the test kit is received your PayPal account will be credited. There is a $10.00 restocking fee for unused lab kits.
